Welcome to Growing ("App" or "Service"), provided by DIWAND PTE. LTD., with its registered address at 112 Robinson Road, #03-01, Robinson 112, Singapore 068902("we," "our," "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a positive experience on our App. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use our App. By accessing or using our App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information from you when you use our App, including when you register for an account, use our services, or communicate with us. The information we collect may include:
1.1 Information You Provide
When you create an account, upload content, contact us directly, or otherwise use the Service, you may provide some or all of the following information:
Account and Profile Information. In order to create and manage your Growing account, we may collect information that specifically identifies you, including without limitation your name, email, phone number, password, date of birth, gender, and profile image. If you choose to sign up or login in via external third-party services, such as Facebook or Google, you agree we may collect your profile photo, username, and email address associated with the relevant third-party service provider.
User-Generated Contents. Such as profile pictures, photos, images, videos, audio, comments, replies, messages, and other contents or information that you generate, transmit, or otherwise make available on the Service, as well as associated metadata.
Albums Information. When you use the albums services (Timeline), you can create albums for your children of other family members, you may share your relation with those persons and information about your children or other family members including the name, birthdate, gender, weight, height, personal milestones, and other such information. If you choose to share your albums with other users of Growing (e.g., by inviting your friends, family members or other users to see and interact with your albums etc.), you agree that they may view or otherwise access the personal information of your albums that you share with them and acknowledge that we cannot control and/or be liable for how they may use that information.
Payment Information. In order to complete transactions and fulfill orders of the paid subscription products, we collect third-party payment information (such as Apple In-App Purchase, Google Play Billing) for the purpose of payment and billing.
Monitor Information. When you use the baby monitor, you can connect it with the Growing app. During the connecting process, we will collect WiFi information, device identifier information, as well as account information and associated albums information (related to your children or other family members). You can view and control the monitor on the app. To enable the relevant functions, we will collect information about the device’s network status, device status, and operational interaction. When you use the Daily Highlights feature, the captured videos will be automatically uploaded to the album (Timeline).
Communications. We may collect records of communications between you and us, including support requests, feedback, and other interactions.
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
To enhance your experience on our Service, we may automatically collect the following information when you access or use Growing.
Device Information. We collect certain information about the device you use to access our App, including device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
Usage Information. We collect information about your interactions with our App, such as features you use, pages you visit, and actions you take within the App.
Location Information. We collect your approximate location data (e.g. IP address).
Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information about your interactions with our App and to personalize your experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
To Provide and Improve Our Service: To operate, maintain, and enhance our App’s features and functionality.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We use industry-standard encryption technologies to protect sensitive information, such as passwords. Additionally, we implement access controls to limit internal access to your information to only those employees or service providers who need it to fulfill their job responsibilities.

By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your personal information to the United States. If you choose to refuse, disable, or delete Cookies, some of the functionality of the App may no longer be available to you. Some web browsers incorporate a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that signals to websites that you do not want to be tracked. Because there is not yet a consensus on how to interpret DNT signals, we do not respond to DNT signals. Instead, you can use the range of other tools we provide to control data collection and use, particularly the privacy settings within your account or device.

We will retain your personal information for as long as your account is active, as necessary to provide you with the App’s services, and as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When your personal information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Children and Teens‘ Privacy
Our App is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information. If you believe that a child under 18 has provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately using the information at the end of this Privacy Policy, so that we can take appropriate action.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by posting the updated Privacy Policy on our App and indicating the effective date of the changes. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information.
